Great rooms, super spacious. The beds were really comfy 😊.

The hotel's location was excellent, near Old Town, the port and the beach, Gruz Harbour and supermarkets, and Port, upper part of the city. I was here for 3 days and will choose it for sure next trip: D

The location was particularly good and magnificent yet it was next door to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Plus it was near a bus station. All the staff was very-very nice, fixed my issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the price was incredibly reasonable. It was great value for money considering the location on the hill with a stunning view. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a dream! Additionally, the staff were very attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the well-equipped kitchen and the clean shared bathroom. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of price, service, and comfort.

The hotel is located up on a hill, providing stunning views of the ocean and city. the walk down the street takes you to the ocean and supermarket within minutes. the rooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. Guests are offered shared bathrooms and a kitchen that has all the essentials. the owner is friendly and accommodating.

The kitchen can be a bit small for multiple guests to use at the same time.

The terrace view was fine, especially during sunset. Having a kitchen in our room was really convenient. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed, functioning AC, and a TV. The hosts were friendly and cute.

The location was ideal, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. I loved the comfortable and spacious room, equipped with excellent air conditioning and a cozy bed. The kitchen had everything I needed, and it was all kept clean. The shared bathrooms were convenient, and the owner was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

I had a great Easter weekend away with a lot of exciting things to do! the location was perfect, and it was so easy to find supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. I also loved how there were complementary drinks and snacks waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. the best thing about the place was the shared balcony, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

That there were a lot of stairs to climb, which made it quite difficult to reach the accommodations with all the luggage. it was worth the trek up the hill for such a great location and all the facilities available.

We enjoyed the stunning view from our balcony and the fully equipped modern kitchen. The AC was a lifesaver during the hot days and the bathrooms were cleaned daily. The friendly hosts welcomed us with refreshing drinks, and we appreciated the free airport pick-up. This budget spot is perfect for backpackers or solo travelers who don't mind a bit of walking or catching the bus to get around.

The host Miro and the family at Dubrovnik Rooms 2 were nice and cute. They even offered transportation to and from the airport, convenient. The terrace had a fine view of Dubrovnik and the well-equipped kitchen was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels provided were good quality. The common outdoor balcony was a lovely spot for meals. Despite being a bit of a walk from the old city, the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful.

One drawback was that the walls of the rooms at Dubrovnik Rooms 2 were quite thin, so there wasn't much privacy and you could hear the movement of other guests. the windows overlooking the wall made the rooms dark and chilly.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is down the street from the beach and only a 20-minute walk to the old town. the rooms are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay during hot summer days. the host is friendly and accommodating, providing transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable price. the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms is commendable.

The distance to the city center may be a drawback for some guests, as it takes about 30 minutes to walk there.

The terrace provided stunning views of the area and was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. We also appreciated the airport transfer service provided by the host, which was very reasonably priced. The communal kitchen was well-stocked with high-quality appliances and made it easy to prepare meals.

The cleanliness of the shared bathrooms could have been improved, and we noticed a slight odor on the towels provided. the price seemed a bit high for a shared-bathroom room, but this appears to be the norm in the area during peak season.
